GROUND & GROW YOUTH WELLNESS PROGRAM
Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Naoka Fanning, founder of Ground and Grow Youth Wellness Program — a holistic youth development program designed to create safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for students of all ages.
Ground and Grow was created to help children, teens, and young adults build confidence, emotional wellness, creativity, leadership skills, and healthy self-expression through engaging hands-on experiences and mentorship. Our program serves elementary, middle school, high school, and college-age students through wellness-centered activities that encourage both personal and academic growth.
We combine creative learning with practical life skills through activities such as journaling, sound therapy, mindfulness practices, cooking, painting, team-building exercises, mentorship, and introductory electrical and hands-on skill projects. Each experience is designed to promote emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness, and positive peer connection in a nurturing environment.
Our mission is to partner with schools, colleges, community organizations, and youth-focused programs to provide students with meaningful opportunities for healing, growth, creativity, and empowerment. We believe every young person deserves access to a safe space where they feel seen, supported, inspired, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
I’m honored to create a program where wellness, education, creativity, and community come together to help youth thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
